Materials & Color Options
Reference construction / installation confirmation. Final frame tube, welds, hanging eye, chain grade, connector, weave specification, cushion fabric and filling must be approved against the sample and purchase specification. The supporting beam, ceiling, pergola or other structure is outside the chair product and must be assessed by a qualified local installer.

Does WN-EC07 include a freestanding stand?
No. WN-EC07 is designed as a no-stand hanging basket for a verified ceiling, beam, pergola or compatible project structure. A separate stand should only be used if its geometry and tested capacity are approved for the chair.
What type of ceiling anchor is required?
The correct anchor depends on whether the structure is concrete, solid timber, engineered framing or another substrate. The supporting structure and anchor should be selected and approved by a qualified local installer; a universal anchor must not be assumed.
What clearance is needed around the chair?
The installation plan should allow safe movement around the basket and prevent contact with walls, glazing, railings and furniture. Final clearance depends on chain length, seat height, user movement and project requirements.
Can the rattan and cushion colors be customized?
Yes. PE-rattan tone, frame coating and cushion fabric can be reviewed for OEM orders, subject to quantity, material availability and approved samples.
What is the MOQ and can I order a sample?
MOQ depends on the basket frame, weave, cushion, hardware and packaging. A sample can be reviewed before bulk production, with configuration, sample cost, testing and freight confirmed separately.
How are load capacity and installation safety confirmed?
A comparable no-stand chair is published up to 350 lb, but the WN-EC07 rating must come from the approved construction and load test. The customer’s supporting structure and anchor require separate site verification.
